SHIPPING

*Free Shipping on all Floating Shelves.

Allow 2 to 3 weeks for production on all floating shelves + 3-5 business days for shipping. We ship via UPS Ground from our supplier in Rigby, Idaho.

Shipping Guarantee - If your product is damaged in shipping, take a picture of your shelves and email them to us and we will replace your shelves at no cost to you. Note: We do not issue refunds for damaged product.

Shipping damages must be reported within 30 days of receiving your package.

Make sure you order is correct before purchasing! These shelves are custom made to order and to allow for fast production times, we start producing your shelf immediately after your purchase. Because of this, you will be unable to change your order once it is placed.

RETURNS

Because our shelves are custom-made to order and we offer so many sizes, wood types, and colors we are unable to resell returned items. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for our shelves.

If you feel you did not receive what you were expecting such as a wrong color, email us pictures of your shelves to support@ultrashelf.com and we will work together to resolve the issue. Your satisfaction is of great importance to us!
